Les Mills classes available at C-Life

As winter approaches C-Life Health Club is turning up the heat with the introduction of two popular Les Mills classes into their group fitness timetable.

For those that love barbell work and increasing muscle strength, BODYPUMP will be available Monday to Friday five times a week while BODYATTACK, which is a great cardio workout for building strength and stamina, is available three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

“The Les Mills mission is to make the planet a fitter and healthier place, something that C-Life holds as a core value in its operation. With the fun and effective edge that the Les Mills programs provide, we believe it is the perfect fit for our group fitness program and our members. People who work out in a group are far more likely to stick at it than people who exercise alone,” said Arthur Siambis, C-Life Health Club General Manager.
