How does a succulent rack of melt-in-your-mouth pork ribs smothered in a house-made smokey BBQ marinade sound to you? Or how about sinking your teeth into the flaky crust of a classic Italian wood-fired pepperoni pizza with strings of mozzarella?
From Wednesday September 4 the new look Flame Pizza + Grill will be serving those dishes and more to tempt your appetite with their fresh and delicious new pizza and grill menu.
One of the main features of the menu is a steak list sourced from the finest providers in leading local beef regions such as Tasmania, North Western NSW and the Riverina.
There are steaks to suit every person, size and taste from a tender 250g Riverina grain fed full-flavoured sirloin steak to a hefty 500g Angus T-bone Tasmanian steak. They are accompanied by your choice of four different sauces made in our very own kitchens and two sides.
“Our new menu is inspired by the feedback from our members as well as current demographic and eating trends of the area. We wanted to offer a quality dining experience where everyone can come and enjoy tasty meals made from locally sourced products,” said Dave Brace, Chief Executive Officer.
