Blueberry Hill receives a $750,000 upgrade

The next time Members and guests walk into the Blueberry Hill room, one of Canterbury’s large function rooms on Level 1, they might be forgiven for thinking it is a completely new room!

Over the past several months, Blueberry Hill has been renovated and transformed into a modern and stylish space – with capacity for 300 people – perfect for large events, award ceremonies, wedding receptions and corporate functions.

Work included replacing the ceiling and carpet, replastering the walls, building a new bar, renovating the bathrooms, wrapping the existing pillars with high-end wood panels, and installing a large high-definition LED screen and new audio-visuals. The design inspiration for the room was to combine quality natural finishes with advanced AV equipment to create a room of the highest standards.

In addition, our dedicated Events team will ensure that every detail of your special occasion is met to deliver a truly memorable experience,” said Greg Pickering, Chief Executive Officer of Canterbury League Club.
