2015 Staff Awards Night

Last night 120 Canterbury staff members and their partners celebrated the 2015 Staff Awards NIght held in the beautifully-decorated Paragon Room.

Since 1999 the Staff Awards Night has been held in recognition of staff members who have provided exemplary service to the Club. Every year Canterbury honours each staff who reach a five year service milestone – awards for 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years were presented last night and winners were from various departments including Food and Beverage, Gaming, Security and Surveillance, Maintenance, Lakemba, Sales and Marketing, C-Life Health Club and Administration.

For the first time ever, Canterbury also recognised four employees who have exhibited Canterbury’s core values of Courtesy, Attentive, Responsive and Excellence to become RAVE Champions. Each recipient went above and beyond to help their customers and received a plaque and a $2,000 prize as a token of appreciation.

Comedians Tahir Bilgic and Rob Shehadie were fantastic emcees for the night and entertainment was provided by the Oscar Kami Duo.

Thank you to all staff who attended and hopefully you had an enjoyable night. Many thanks also to staff who worked hard and made the night possible!
